Biography:
In every case he handles, Mr. Hunt strives to provide honest, reasonable, and attentive service to his clients.  He has obtained favorable outcomes for cities and government entities in numerous actions alleging negligence, discrimination, or breach of contract.  He also helps protect the rights of teachers in state courts and administrative trials, including appeals to every level of appellate court in Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Hunt has obtained judgments and made substantial recoveries in hundreds of cases on behalf of creditor clients, including local and regional banks and credit unions.  As part of this practice area, Mr. Hunt assists his clients in resolving matters through loan workouts and settlements where practicable and reasonable, and provides advice regarding regulatory and documentation matters.  A graduate of Centre College, Mr. Hunt served as a Notes Editor on the Kentucky Law Journal while he was a student at the University of Kentucky College of Law. His Note, The Supreme Court’s Mixed Messages on the Public Domain: Cases Interpreting Section 43 of the Lanham Act , 93 Ky. L.J. 787 (2005), was also published in the Kentucky Law Journal. Mr. Hunt lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife, son, and daughter.
